With over a decade of hands-on experience spanning accounting, tax, forensic accounting, and HR, Thomas founded NextGen Accounting Services LLC to bring enterprise-level financial expertise to businesses of all sizes. His background includes roles as Accounting Manager, Controller, Government Auditor, HR Manager, HR Director, and HR Business Partner across sectors including logistics, retail, automotive, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations. Thomas holds degrees in business, accounting, forensic accounting, is CPA Exam Eligible, and actively seeking his SPHR Certification, demonstrating his commitment to the highest standards in both accounting and human resources. He is passionate about empowering clients with the clarity and confidence they need to thrive.
